By using the Sanctuary app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscriptions
Pricing: Sanctuary offers a premium subscription billed monthly. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at checkout and may vary by region.
Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current billing period.
Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret): By starting a subscription and accessing the digital content within the app, you provide your express consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as the service is digital and provided immediately upon purchase.
2. Content All audio content, mantras, and breathwork guides within the app are the property of Sanctuary and are protected by copyright laws. They are for personal, non-commercial use only. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited.
3. Medical Disclaimer Sanctuary provides wellness and relaxation content for informational purposes only. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Use of the app is at your own risk.
4. Standard Apple EULA In addition to these terms, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
