Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sanctuary. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

How do I delete my account? You can delete your account directly inside the app via Settings → Delete Account. You can also request deletion via our Delete Account page. All personal data is permanently removed upon deletion.

I'm having a technical issue — what should I do? Please email us at support@sanctuaryspaces.app with a description of the issue and your device model and iOS version. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
